General Job Description : The Baker will join the team of Assistant Bakers, Lead Baker, Operations Manager and Owners in measuring, mixing, kneading, and baking the highest quality gluten-free bread and pizza crust to supply our customers.
We have a small crew and each member has a wide variety of tasks, sharing responsibility in creating delicious, gluten-free bread for everyone.
Primary Responsibilities may include :
- Weighing ingredients, mixing, shaping, and baking bread and pizza crusts.
- Assisting with the time management of the daily bake schedule.
- Assisting with ensuring quality control on bakery products.
- Maintaining a clean kitchen during and after baking.
- Packaging bakery products.
Qualifications
- Good work ethic
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Detail oriented
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prior baking experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to share in working some weekend hours
