As a Remote Entry Level Travel Assistant, you will provide essential support to the travel department while assisting clients with their travel arrangements. Your role includes:

• Travel Coordination: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services
• Administrative Tasks: Manage travel itineraries, process bookings, handle cancellations and modifications, and ensure accuracy in all travel documentation
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth travel experience
• Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, travel profiles, and other relevant information
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, generate leads, and maximize commission opportunities
• Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company travel policies, industry regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel coordination, or a related role
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, databases, and office software
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and services is a plus
• Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
