Coordinate and manage hotel room bookings and reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

Update and maintain the hotel's booking system with accurate and up-to-date information regarding room availability, rates, and promotions
Work closely with hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and management, to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, reservations, or a related role
Proficiency in using hotel booking systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
