- Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
- Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and passports, when necessary
- Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for service improvements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
