What You'll Do
- **Client Consultation**: Discuss itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, transportation methods, and lodging possibilities based on their interests
- **Booking**: Make reservations for air travel, car rentals, lodging, excursions, and activities, ensuring all preferences are met
- **Payment Coordination**: Manage payment schedules for itinerary packages and process authorized payments
- **Price Quoting**: Provide potential clients with comprehensive price quotes for destination packages
- **Itinerary Organization**: Deliver cohesive and well-organized itinerary materials to clients
Qualifications
- **No Experience Necessary**: We’ll teach you how to make travel reservations, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
- **Customer Service Aptitude**: A passion for helping clients and providing personalized experiences
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and oral communication abilities
