**This role is an on-site role -- Must be located in High Point area!!**

HR Manager (High Point, NC):

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have experience in an environment such as manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, etc
• Should have strong excel and systems experience
• Must be comfortable handling multiple sites
• Must have experience in all areas of daily HR Management, and be able to identify, and help problem solve, any issues that arise
• Must have prior experience with handling workers comp issues and hourly wage employees
• Must be open to some regional travel
• Salary is likely $80k - $90K base bonus, benefits, PTO

This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1.
