Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Inside Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth for BoomerangFX. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, optimizing revenue streams, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within our organization.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a small sales team, inspiring them to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivational environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue generation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, relationship building, and industry partnerships.

Sales Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key indicators to senior management.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped commission w/ OTE of 150k

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales management, and team leadership within the medspa, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic treatments, medical spa services, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
