Your Role in a Nutshell
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the Director of Sales and Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment and leading the ground team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales background with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be a Hands-on leader who is responsible for day to day operations of the office. This role requires a mature leader who is knowledgeable about our clients, operations, and work processes, and who can act as a general leader within the company.
**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Miami, FL**
