BoomerangFX is Hiring a General Manager, Sales and Business Operation Near Miami, FL

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the General Manager of Sales and Business Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment and leading the ground team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be a Hands-on leader who is responsible for day to day operations of the office. This role requires a mature leader who is knowledgeable about our clients, operations, and work processes, and who can act as a general leader within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring that processes and workflows are efficient and aligned with company goals.
  • Empower and Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business development Representatives and Account Executives helping them achieve their professional goals and excel in their roles
  • Lead and manage the office team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution of projects and operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner.

Office Management:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and appointments.
  • Hands on leader responsible for day to day operations of the office including liaison with vendors and coordinating events
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization, including common areas, meeting rooms, and grocery orders.

Event Management:

  • Create and manage event strategy plans, proposals, recommendations, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee event logistics, including sponsorship, registration, technology, venue and food/beverage planning, signage, accommodations, property sourcing, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and venue coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

This position is 5 days in office - no hybrid or remote option offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 per year with additional 30% bonus Based attainment of target metrics
