JOB SUMMARY

Marketing Assistant

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with all marketing, events, and lead nurture functions related to Boomfit Gym.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist the Director of Marketing in Execution of the Marketing Strategy.
• Help promote internally all marketing and events.
• Assist in managing Boomfit’s online presence on search engines, yelp, website, etc.
• Assist in executing social media strategy, not limited to, helping create, manage, and post to all social media platforms.
• Assist in graphic design opportunities as needed
• Assist with photography and videography as needed
• Assist with the sales phone and responding to/following up with leads in a timely and effective manner resulting in a high show up rate to consults.
• Perform other duties as required including assisting other departments as needed, data entry and responding to reviews.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Related Marketing degree path and/or 6mths to 1 year experience
• Strong knowledge of social media
• Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet necessary sales goals and deadlines
