Position Information:

Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Program Manager for Life & Work Connections. The primary duty of the Program Manager is directly supervising support professionals on the team, and managing day-to-day operations. The Program Manager is also involved with the Director of Life & Work Connections in program development and evaluation. The Life & Work Connections team helps transitioning individuals build skills for living and working in the community, as well as to achieve their community living and vocational goals. The team provides a robust offering of experiences including individualized skill training, group classes, and employment services funded by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least a year’s experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting range begins at: $28.90 depending on qualifications and experience.

Eligible for merit-based raises at 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter.
