Job Description:

Total by Verizon is seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Store Lead to oversee our store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Lead, you will play a key role in managing a team, meeting sales targets, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve store goals.
• Sales Management: Drive store sales and profitability by achieving sales targets and KPIs. Implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve store performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,678.23 - $48,988.83 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
