We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME Patient Care Coordinator to provide front office duties for our Lee's Summit North, MO. location.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing all front office duties:
* Answering phones and greeting everyone with a smile
* Computerized scheduling using WebPT
*Basic Microsoft Excel reporting
* Performing insurance verifications/authorizations
* Exceptional customer service
* Basic patient care support to the physical therapists in a team-based environment
Previous medical experience & understanding of medical insurance preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
