BOOST is helping our client; D&G Support Services hire an exceptional Program Analyst. The Program Analyst in support of the Defense Logistics Agency R&D Applied Research & Testing Emergency Technologies (ARTET) Program. ARTET is DLA’s cloud-based environment that will accelerate early-stage development, evaluation and production of emerging technologies in a cloud-based environment. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a team responsible for developing innovative logistics solutions to sustain warfighter readiness and lethality.

Job Description
  • Supports the entire ARTET Team with development and delivery of program, technical and financial plans and related documents.
  • Coordinates with program, budget, test & evaluation, and operational personnel in developing solutions and capabilities within the ARTET AWS environment.
  • Employs process improvement methodologies and principles improve ARTET personnel to address cost, schedule and performance requirements
  • Supports ARTET project management requirements to include assisting with execution of cost, schedule and performance requirements, vendor management, and business case analysis.
Required Skills And Abilities
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or technical field.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of Program Analyst or similar role in DoD/Federal Agencies.
  • Clearance: National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) and Tier 2 (SF-85P) DoD Security Clearance. Able to attain SECRET clearance.
  • Certifications*: IAT-II. One cert from each of the following two groups meets this requirement:
    • CCNA SECURITY, CySA , GICSP, Security CE, SSCP, CND.
    • AWS CSA Associate, GIAC GCWN, Google ACE, ICS Cybersecurity (301v), ISA CCST Level I, MC: Azure AA, MCSA: WS2008, MCSA: WS2012, MCSA: WS2016, MCITP EA, MCITP SA, MS2016:AD I&N, MS 365 Messaging AA, OCI Foundations 2020.
    • Ideal candidates may have upwards of six months to obtain both certs.
    Place of Performance: HYBRID: 2-3 days per month on average at the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters Office (8725 John J Kingman Rd, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060). The remaining work may be conducted remotely.
