Warehouse/Inventory Control Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Attendant coordinates with the Inventory Asset Manager and Job Coordinators on incoming and outgoing orders for items in the rental fleet.
•Inventory Control / Risk Management
•Assist Asset Team with stocking and moving a aspects of rental fleet.
•Drive a forklift (have forklift license or certification as required)
•Performs daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts of inventory and enters results in inventory management system
•Preassemble rental packages for upcoming jobs.
•Load rental packages in company vehicles in preparation for upcoming jobs.
•Complete pre-job inspections of equipment and vehicles.
•Distribute and Receive vehicle keys to techs doing and completing jobs.
•Inspection of vehicles upon returning from jobs.
•Receive incoming rental fleet returns/rig downs.
•Report shortages and damaged equipment and vehicles to Inventory Asset Manager.
•Housekeeping and maintenance to make sure the warehouse and product storage areas are clean and in order
•Assist customers loading vehicles with products as needed
•Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Inventory Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Diploma, or equivalent
•2 or more years warehouse experience, prefer oil and gas industry experience
•Quality Management
•Reporting Skills
•Analyzing Information
•Must understand and follow all safety policies and apply good practices while working
•Must be able to read, write and comprehend English, bilingual is a plus
•Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily
•Solid team driven attitude and work ethic
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The job activities will require the employee to work in a shop/warehouse environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required ascend/descend stairs; lift/carry 42 lbs. occasionally; lift/carry 32 lbs. frequently and lift/carry 10 lbs. constantly. The employee may be required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel to perform his/her duties. Flexibility in work schedule is also required for possible overtime, work on holidays, weekends and extended hours with minimal notice and as required by operational need. Notice: This position is subject to a mandatory drug test, criminal background check and potentially education verification as part of the application process.
