Job Duties:

• Assist in the development of procedures, including drafting, editing, revising, and performing comment
• Assist in the development of the procedure
• Review new and existing procedures to determine whether they are
• Assist in the development of new procedures and streamlining efforts at the Management System level as well as products within each Management System level.
• Interface with RL Management System Stewards, functional managers, and subject matter
• Assist in the transition of all Richland Information Management Systems (RIMS) products (process, procedures, program descriptions, etc.) to a multi-tenant procedures software system.
• Provide bench-marking reports for procedure conversion from RIMS to the new procedures
• Implement RIMS product conversion
• Provide briefings related to procedure conversion
• Provide recommendations for improving RL’s management system

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant
• Proficiency in the use of procedure/technical
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word; experience in Excel, Project, Visio, and Power
• Experience in implementing administrative and technical
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with diverse technical subject matter
• Excellent communications
