On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Booz Allen's Airborne Platform Integration initiatives . You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MSP and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, Air Force clients, project analysts, and te chn ical project leadership. As an Airborne Platform Integration Project manager, you will collaborate with the program manager and engineering teams to ensure successful aircraft installation, system checkout, and testing. How You'll Contribute: * Oversee mid-level project management responsibilities including cost estimation, scheduling, and performance tracking to include Earned Value Management.
* Support, develop and implement integration strategies that comply with aviation standards and regulations.
* Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to identify and resolve te chn ical issues promptly.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
* C ond uct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
* Ensure that all te chn ical documentation is accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to integration processes and te chn ologies. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 5 years of experience in aviation integration or a role within the aerospace industry
* Experience managing projects with strict deadlines and budget requirements
* Experience developing detailed Integrated Master Schedules and Master Plans
* Experience with planning and execution of Earned Value Management projects
* Experience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
* Knowledge of aircraft systems and the te chn ical aspects of system integration
* Ability to make decisions based on a comprehensive analysis of available data
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
* Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or Management, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Nice If You Have: * Experience working with Airborne Command and Control platforms
* Experience with Radio Frequency ( RF ) te chn ology, integration, and engineering
* Ability to review and edit te chn ical deliverables and CDRLs * Possession of excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
