As a pivotal contributor to this Navy team, you will act as the principal aide to the government's Program Manager ( PM ) and Deputy Program Manager ( DPM ) , ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and presenting high-level briefings, spearheading vital projects, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to meet urgent deadlines. Additionally, you will e nga ge with various Navy Systems Commands to address mission-critical requirements. You Have: * 15 years of experience in program or project management roles
* 3 years of experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations
* Experience in U.S. Navy logistics and IT systems support
* Experience with the sof tware development lifecycle, including spiral, agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
* Experience with Agile program or project management
* Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or Mathematics field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
