Position Title: Software Engineer

Job responsibilities include: • AI/ML Solution Development: ◦ Design, develop, and implement robust frameworks for AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. ◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML components into software applications and systems. • Software Development: ◦ Contribute to the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment. ◦ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. ◦ Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. ◦ Contribute to the development of software architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and extensibility. • Performance Optimization: ◦ Optimize and enhance existing AI/ML frameworks for improved efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. ◦ Conduct thorough performance analysis and implement optimizations to meet specified performance goals. • Collaboration and Documentation: ◦ Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. ◦ Document code, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Education/Experience requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C . • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical models. • Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
