Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

Here, you’ll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge finance and cloud system management. Working with your team of business analysts, and project leaders and alongside DevOps engineers and software architects, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, develop financial models, and assist leaders in decision-making. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to clients both internal and external to Booz Allen.

You Have:

  • 6 years of experience in program or project management and integration, program financial planning, and managing classified projects
  • 2 years of experience tracking financial execution performance information, including commitments, obligations, outlays, and budget analysis for acquisition programs
  • Experience in the preparation and tracking of reports that reflect program or project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience crafting DoD Acquisition documents, including Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Acquisition Strategy, or Contract Strategy
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Associate's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with government acquisition activities
  • Experience with cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings
  • Experience managing contracts over $5 million while acting as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Experience with finance and government procurement
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with internal and external partners

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
