Overview
- Assist the Middle School Athletic Coordinator in providing a successful athletic program for Grades 7 and 8
- Provide student/athletes with an opportunity to participate in a successful athletic program that includes Football, Basketball, and Track & Field.
- Provide quality instruction and skill development for all student/athletes in the athletic program
- Promote student/athlete participation in the athletic program at all levels
- Establish and maintain a collaborative coaching environment
- Establish and maintain a positive line of communication with student/athletes, parents, coaches, faculty, administrators and the community
- Provide rigorous classroom instruction in the assigned content subject area
- Understand U.I.L. Rules and Regulations
