Responsible for supporting plant Controller to achieve of business results, while also ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management. Key Accountabilities: Report & Analysis: Efficiently Provide and communicate accurate, timely and useful financial reports and analysis including actual/forecast and yearly Budget/LRP and other required analysis. Take lead the cost reduction project, ideas/initiatives collection and tracking, results valuation, workshop organization, etc. Assist on internal/external audit. Other jobs assigned by manager. EHS & Compliance responsibility: Make sure understand and follow company compliance policy. Accomplish Business EHS Goals& Objectives proactively. Carry out Business EHS relevant responsibility proactively and compliance with laws and regulations. Follow safety rules, and all safety procedures, SOPs, safe operating practice instruction etc. Accept safety trainings, including understanding safety risks in one’s own position, grasp basic emergency evacuation knowledge and skill, wear and use PPE correctly, wear right clothes by employer, use equipment correctly etc. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Accounting related. At least 3 years’ related experience in FP&A. Familiar with standard costing. SAP Finance module is must. Proficient with Microsoft office software. English language capability in written and speaking. Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills. Carefulness on data checking and preparation.
