Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.

  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.

  • Current Maricopa County Food Handler’s certification.

  • Food Preparation:
    • Execute precise and consistent preparation of ingredients according to recipes and specifications.

    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and presentation.

  • Cooking and Assembly:

    • Cook and plate dishes with speed and accuracy during high-demand periods.

  • Quality Control:

    • Conduct quality checks to guarantee that all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
