Borough of Media is Hiring a Special Projects Coordinator Near Media, PA
SUMMARY
- Coordinates recycling program and sustainability projects for the Borough.
- Identifies, plans, and manages grant and non-grant projects that implement the priority goals of Media Borough Council.
- Researches and prepares grants available from governmental and other sources. Assists in writing grant applications. Manages grant funds received in cooperation with department heads.
- Develops written communication about Borough projects and policies for the public via newsletter, social media and website.
Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in government, sustainability or grant writing, or Master’s degree in urban planning, sustainability, public administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and qualifying experience substituting on a year-for-year basis.
