What Awaits You
- 4-6 job rotations, one of which is abroad:, focusing on areas such as:
- Sales Controlling
- Business Digitalization
- Operation/Plant Controlling
- DCNA Corporate Controlling
- Other related areas, as applicable.
- Generation and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring business performance
- Maintaining North American sales database and data model
- Work with controllers and other departments to automate reporting of financial and operational KPIs
- Participate in business plan and current forecasting processes
- Support Plant Controlling, Month End Closing activities and reporting
- Data analysis and generation of various reports including price, costs, profitability
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree- Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science and Analytics or related field with basic coursework in accounting/finance
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel (comfortable building up calculations)
- Desire to learn new systems and programs
- Systems knowledge in ERP System (SAP), SQL, Power Query, R, Python, RPA and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Foreign language skills are a plus: German and/or Spanish.
- Focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs
- Drive to be accurate with attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and result focused
- Able to effectively communicate results of analysis
- Flexibility to learn new processes and tools.
- Takes initiative within a team but also able to work independently
