Job Description As the Automotive Business Systems Product Owner, you will work closely with business users and external partners to understand business requirements and translate those needs into Business Systems EPICS, Features and Stories for your development team to deliver within our Business Systems including ERP and EDI environments. As a product owner, you will partner with business leadership to define and articulate business value and build a prioritized backlog to align teams and resources. You must be passionate about defining and building innovative ideas and solutions and solving problems for the business. What do you do? Work with scrum teams and other IT resources to develop systems capabilities and improvements with a focus on the customer experience Define scope and business value of features Create user stories for development teams and prioritize the backlog Work with the ASD, Supply Chain and IT organizations to develop a capability roadmap in business systems and owning the product backlog Plan and track quarterly IP increments of work done by scrum teams Communicate proactively to stakeholders about the feature delivery and are the single point of contact for business systems related concerns or questions Provide business validation on solutions as they are developed Partner with the business to ensure end-user acceptance testing Monitor capabilities post-go-live to ensure quality and benefit realization How do you make a difference? You are a strong leader and key member of the Agile scrum team You have an in-depth understanding of business processes in the Automotive supplier space You are able to quickly assess any situation and communicate effectively and efficiently with the scrum team You have a customer centric mindset and act accordingly You are value delivery oriented and know where your priorities are You are a good negotiator and can make trade-offs between various interests You are extremely detail oriented. You have a “doing whatever it takes” and “can-do” attitude You have a growth mindset Ideally, you have experience and expertise with: SAP or other ERP systems Understand agile scrum and related techniques in order to refine product features Developing roadmaps Establishing the sequence of backlog items based on program priorities, events, and dependencies with other teams Understand how the Enterprise Backlog Model operates with Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories and are experienced with SAFe Effective collaboration with external and internal partners. Operating as part of an extended Business Operations Team Preferably, you also have: Experience working on the SAP platform Experience with Salesforce CRM platform Experience with EDI implementation Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau 4-5 years of experience in the Enterprise B2B, especially Automotive supplier space Great analytical and problem-solving skills Amazing communication and leadership skills Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
