WHO YOU ARE:

• You’re a licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master) with at least 7 years of experience in Commercial and /or Residential New Construction and Remodeling
• You're equipped with truck and tools for your trade
• You’re passionate about your work - you're looking for a career, not just a job
• You conduct yourself in a professional manner – you care about your attire, your vehicle, your appearance and the language you use in the presence of homeowners that you’re serving.
• You enjoy the synergy between the architect/engineer and the construction team of which you’re a member
• You light up when a project’s design becomes a physical reality under your care
• You take responsibility for your mistakes and do what it takes to resolve the problem
• You are not afraid to make suggestions to improve efficiency and quality - even to those in higher positions
• You are great at listening and taking instruction from management
