As Assistant Director of Student Billing, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students realize their academic dreams by providing exceptional service and support while they navigate resolving their financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure accuracy of the student account by processing payments received each day as well as daily accounts receivable updates.
•Process student refunds each week in accordance with Federal Title IV regulations and BAC policies and procedures.
•Collaborate with a team of colleagues across Enrollment Management to onboard our first semester students.
•Work closely with the financial aid administrators to process financial aid disbursements in accordance with all Federal Title IV regulations and BAC policies and procedures.
•Provide detailed counseling and support to students navigating payment options.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
•2-5 years of experience in higher education financial aid or financial systems.
