A solid understanding of various recruiting tools and their respective value propositions 

The ability to influence the organization at all levels 

The ability to harmonize and simplify processes 

The ability to organize and execute training sessions 

Willingness and curiosity to learn the ins and outs of the ATS/CRM technical landscape, and serve as a key point of contact for trainings, Level 1 support, etc. 

The ability to process information and distilling the insights and implications for the team 

The ability to capture and share best practices across the organization 

A teaming mindset and the ability to work with other Process and Enablement Managers (EMESA & AP), ATS/CRM team members, Product Owners, the central Change Team, and others
