*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Dish Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, have experience in working in a very fast paced enviroment, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional cleanliness and efficency of the dish room. Must be able to work with a diverse group of employees.
*Duties*
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of dish room operations
- Supervise staff to maintain cleanliness and organization
-Supervise staff to ensure breaks are taken during preestablished periods of time.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
*Skills*
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in food handling and safety protocols
- Previous experience as a dish room employee and supervisory skills is a plus
