Job Description
The Practice Manager of Specialty Care will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational activities of the Specialty Treatment Center at Boston University School of Dental Medicine (BUSDM). The Practice Manager is responsible for managing a team of patient coordinators. The Practice Manager is responsible for developing and managing an environment that fosters teamwork among the staff and faculty while providing excellent customer service to our patients and students. This includes but is not limited to interacting with all staff and faculty employees on various operational matters while assisting with the development and implementation of the annual goals. This position reports into the Operations Manager within Clinical Affairs.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience and 2 years of management experience.
