Support the Director of Graduate Studies and handle all administrative functions of the PhD program. Coordinate graduate recruitment and admissions. Process financial aid applications. Maintain a database of student records. Mentor graduate students, providing information and resources as needed. Ensure that students are complying with relevant policies and regulations.
