Bottomley Enterprises is growing and we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team in Mount Airy!

Customer Service Representative

• Communicates and coordinates with customers regarding freight pickups/deliveries/ETAs.
• Responds to emails from customers.
• Updates pickups/deliveries in customer TMS systems.
• Communicates and coordinates with Planners/Driver Managers
• Schedules appointments for freight pickups and deliveries.
• Tracks shipments to ensure timely deliveries/pickups.
• Answers phone calls regarding customer service.
• Manages detention/layover requests for trucks being detained by shippers and receivers.
• Enters orders in McLeod TMS.
• Manages rate entry into McLeod TMS.
• Accepts/Rejects order tenders from customers based on input from Order Planners.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
