Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead the HR function across our hospitality group. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support our business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist with payroll process to ensure accuracy.
- Handle senior leadership interactions regarding employee matters and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize HRIS systems.
- Oversee benefits administration including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with benefits providers.
-Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in Human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-Ability to travel to varying locations when necessary.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
-Interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
-Experience with HRIS systems and Google suite.
-SHRM or HRCI certification is highly preferred.
