Boulder City Hospital is Hiring a LPN-LTC Near Boulder, NV
Measures, evaluates, administers and documents patient care.
Contributes to patient care plans and informs Registered Nurse when appropriate.
Provides direction and assigns duties to Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with their skills and abilities.
Actively responds to patient, physician and family requests.
Advocates and ensures Patient Rights and Patient Privacy are upheld. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medication administration, care management and gives direct patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, and assisting in examinations and treatments.
Ability to lift, walk, carry and stand.
