Come be a part of Boulder’s newest swim club & tiki bar concept at one of the longest standing hotels in South Boulder. The Broker Swim Club will feature a retro influenced bar & speakeasy feel, pouring craft cocktails to pair alongside an outstanding Asian fusion cuisine. This membership driven concept will be the first of its kind in the area, therefore we are looking for innovative, driven and creative individuals who are dedicated to the art of hospitality.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using a cash register
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving food items
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and processing payments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
