Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front Office / Billing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient service.

Duties
- Manage the front office tasks effectively
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and manage billing and collections
- insurance verification and claims processing
- treatment planning

Skills
- Proven experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Strong knowledge of PPO and dental office operations

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
