Boulo Solutions is partnering with a growing Atlanta (Midtown) based company that provides a technology solution for multi-location restaurants & retail stores that is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience processing, verifying, posting and paying vendor invoices (Paper and E-Bills) along with experience using cloud-based accounting software.
- We are seeking a highly motivated candidate that possesses the following:A/P Processing: Experience processing, matching and paying a high volume of monthly recurring invoices (500 )
- PC / Software skills: Solid Windows PC, Microsoft Excel, CRM and cloud accounting software experience
- General Bookkeeping: Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general bookkeeping concepts.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide outstanding customer service to our vendors and customers.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- High volume processing of monthly paper and electronic vendor bills (500 )
- Accounts Payable processing including invoice matching, invoice posting and invoice payment
- Purchase order creation, verification and processing
- Accounts Receivable and other back-office administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of high-volume Accounts Payable processing, Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
- 2 years of experience with major cloud accounting software (Quick books, Netsuite, Xero, Zoho Books or similar)
- 3 years experience with Windows, Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Associates degree in an accounting-related field OR 3 years of accounts payable experience in a professional business environment
- Highly organized, punctual and proactive
