Boulo is recruiting for an Executive Assistant for our client, a leader in the Chattanooga residential construction market. Our client focuses on large, complex renovations and custom new construction. Their signature craftsmanship is anchored by an in-house team of craftspeople excelling in construction management, woodworking, and carpentry.

Employment type : Full-time or Part-time

Flexibility : Culture and Hours worked, open to school day hours

Pay : $20 - $25 per hour

The Executive Assistant will proactively help manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, mail inbox, answer the phone and greet clients when they arrive for meetings as well as manage the ordering of general office supplies. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for data entry of bills and receipts into the accounting system and eventually take over Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and has some familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
