Boulo is sourcing candidates for a Payroll Manager for our client, a Chattanooga-based commercial electrical contractor serving the southeast with innovative solutions to electrical needs.
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000
Benefits: Health, dental, 401K and PTO
Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager:
- Enter, scan and file timesheets for 200 employees
- Process payroll and make adjustments as needed
- Process payroll liabilities including EFTPS, Child Support, Witholdings and Garnishments
- Manage and assist with Workers Comp claims and audits as needed
- Complete monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Complete Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Returns including 940, 941, SUTA and W-2s
- Completing Per Diem ACHs
- Health insurance reconciliations and union reporting
- New hire orientation and onboarding/offboarding
- TN New Hire Reporting and Drug Free Workplace Compliance
- EEO-1, OSHA & MSHA Reporting Safety Documentation Tracking
- Labor Burden Reporting
