Seeking an Assistant for Andover Law Office, 20-25 hours/week. Flexible hours. Duties include Dictaphone transcription, opening mail (and email), answering the phone/checking phone messages, recording billing hours, recording rent deposits and tracking payments, preparing eviction notices, preparing legal documents and correspondence, filing electronic documents with courts, etc. Must have good communication, computer and organizational skills as well as good typing ability. $20-21/hour.
