Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States. 

The Project Manager is a pivotal figure within our organization, essential for driving success with our clients. They are responsible for effectively managing client timelines, ensuring budget integrity, and fostering collaboration within the team to streamline processes. This role involves close collaboration with internal team members and clients, guiding day-to-day operations to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will support comprehensive project plans, enhance team collaboration, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Comprehensive Project Support:
    • Partner with the Account lead to oversee multiple accounts, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of project plans and schedules, aligning team activities for maximum efficiency.
    • Facilitate the documentation and communication process, maintaining accurate records and consistent internal updates.
  • Enhanced Team Collaboration:
    • Contribute to internal meetings, providing actionable insights and leading resolution of project-related issues.
    • Engage with clients during meetings, delivering clear project updates and expertly handling inquiries and feedback.
  • Workflow and Process Optimization:
    • Regularly update internal status trackers and GANTT charts to reflect real-time project developments.
    • Oversee project job flow through platforms like Ziflow, ensuring adherence to workflow and securing necessary approvals.
  • Financial and Compliance Oversight:
    • Work closely with account teams to track financials and support the Med/Legal submission processes with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive Communication:
    • Serve as a partner to Account to share client information to the internal teams, providing regular updates, project scopes and feedback.
  • Anticipatory Problem-Solving:
    • Proactively identify potential project challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, and collaboration tools like Ziflow.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proactive and anticipatory approach to problem-solving, with the ability to lead under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with strengths in data-driven decision-making.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
