Boutique Manhattan Law Office is Hiring a Legal Secretary-Billing Clerk for Manhattan Law Office Near New York, NY

Legal Secretary and Billing Clerk for Manhattan Law Office

Secretary and Billing Clerk (with 3 years of Law Firm Experience) needed for high quality solo practice Manhattan Law Office focused on real estate, business transactions and dispute resolution for 15- 20 hours per week. Will work closely with Firm’s owner to manage and personally handle

  • Attorney Billing and Bill Collecting
  • Document Drafting, Editing, Delivery
  • Office Organization and Administration
  • Document Review and Preparation, as able

Candidates must have:

  • Law Firm Billing Experience
  • Strong Computer and Technology Skills
  • Strong Organization and Administrative Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  • MS Word, Outlook and Zoom Experience
  • Strong Interest and/or Experience with Real Estate
