Salary Range: $85, 000 - $115, 000 DOE
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- 7-10 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of debits/credits, journal entries, and general ledger
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas required, pivot tables/vlookups a plus)
- Bachelor s degree in accounting is a plus
- Experience in real estate/property accounting is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Produce monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, general ledger) for 150 clients
- Manage debits/credits, journal entries, and general ledger
- Perform bank statement reconciliations and track investment in CDs
- Handle state registrations and interact with external CPA firm for year-end taxes
- Address inquiries from board members and banks
