Assistant Project Manager Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a project support role (Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager)
- Strong foundation in construction
- Proficiency in ProCore and Sage 100 Contractor is preferred
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and proactive attitude
- Ability to adapt to different project requirements and unique approaches
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Assist with organizing and managing projects using ProCore
- Review and manage contracts
- Provide necessary documentation such as insurance, utility information, and submittals
- Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with certified payroll requirements
- Handle tasks within Sage 100 Contractor
- Provide invoices prepared by the back office team
- Maintain paper profiles of projects
- Record and manage change orders
- Answer office phones and assist with general office duties
