Boutique Recruiting is Hiring a Contracts Manager Near Hawthorne, CA

Job DescriptionAn innovative technology company with a long history of specializing in engineering consulting services and simulation product development is searching for a Senior Technology Contracts Manager to spearhead government contract proposal development and administration! This role is critical for ensuring contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and managed effectively. They are looking for someone with at least 10 years of contract experience and in-depth knowledge of US government and commercial contracts, subcontract agreements, GSA schedules and other related aspects of contract administration. The position is fully onsite, based out of Hawthorne, CA and it comes with a great benefits package that includes 100% medical coverage, a fitness and technology stipend, potential for hybrid arrangement and much more!
Salary Range: $100, 000 - $160, 000 / year DOE
Contracts Manager Requirements
  • 10 years of prior contracts experience with at least 5 years in contract management
  • Federal government contracting experience, including GSA schedule contracts
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations, flow-down provisions, and ITAR/EAR controls
  • Proficiency in managing various agreements (FFP, CR, CPFF, T&M, IDIQs, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (or Paralegal certificate)
  • Experience with Del Tech Cost Point is preferred
Contracts Manager Responsibilities
  • Conduct contract review, identifying risks and opportunities (federal government and commercial contracts)
  • Organize contract kick-off meetings and oversee contracts from initiation to close-out
  • Negotiate terms and rewrite contracts as necessary to align with company interests
  • Manage proposal coordination and work with technical staff to ensure timely submissions
  • Assess profitability and advise on contract decisions for optimal business outcomes
  • Oversee business operations and special projects
