Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 / year DOE
Estimating Project Manager Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in construction project management and estimating, preferably in the Los Angeles market
- Strong understanding of the subcontractor community and local construction practices
- Proven ability to wear multiple hats and manage diverse project responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client meetings and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Precision Estimating, ProCore, JOIN, and Revit is preferred
- Lead and manage estimating and project management tasks for high-end commercial renovation projects
- Engage in business development activities and work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed estimates and bid on projects
- Collaborate with the estimating department and other project teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Utilize tools like Precision Estimating, ProCore, JOIN, and Revit for project management and 3D modeling
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with the subcontractor community and leverage local LA market knowledge
