Labor & Employment practitioner with a minimum book of business between $300,000 and $325,000
No minimum years of experience required
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire or ability to obtain licensure
Strong business development and client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to the firm's values of diversity, inclusion, and collegiality
Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored business development plans with financial support from the firm
Manage and grow a personal book of business, engaging in active business development
Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on case management and professional development
Handle and work on own cases 80-90% of the time, ensuring high-quality legal services
Engage in legal writing and executive coaching with support from the firm s specialists
Participate in the firm s supportive and collegial work environment
