The candidate will focus on research and writing but will also be expected to assist the team with all phases of litigation, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pre-trial motions, including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, demurrers/motions to dismiss, and motions in limine in California and Federal Courts is required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Must be in current good standing with the California State Bar. Focusing on antitrust law, commercial litigation, intellectual property, employment law, consumer protection, personal injury cases, and other practice areas, this firm has earned a national reputation.
