A premier fine jewelry designer and retailer is searching for a friendly and knowledgeable Luxury Service Coordinator to join them at their beautiful and luxurious showroom in Metairie, LA! As a Luxury Service Coordinator, you will be the face of the service department, where you will be responsible for ensuring that every client interaction reflects high standards of luxury. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing service records, and facilitating all aspects of watch and jewelry repair services. You will interact directly with clients to discuss service recommendations and pricing, maintain detailed service records, and ensure all services are completed efficiently and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing in-store watch battery changes, band sizing, and bracelet adjustments, as well as assisting with non-watch jewelry repairs. This position requires a proactive and personable individual who can establish trust with clients and deliver a personalized luxury experience with a commitment to high standards of excellence. This is the perfect role for a luxury retail professional or an apprentice jeweler who is looking to transition into a hands-on technical and customer-facing position in the prestigious atmosphere of award-winning luxury jewelry. Luxury Service Coordinator Requirements:
2 years of experience in luxury retail and/or the watch/jewelry industry (or an apprentice jeweler or sales professional looking to transition to a technical role)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with internal software (Edge) is preferred
Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer service demeanor that inspires trust and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide a personalized luxury experience
Luxury Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provide an outstanding level of customer service in a luxury environment
Communicate with clients regarding service recommendations and pricing
Maintain client information, service records, and generate regular service department reports
Ensure all services are performed on time and efficiently
Facilitate in-store watch battery changes, band sizing, and bracelet adjustments
Assist with non-watch jewelry repair take-in, delivery, and coordination
Work closely with sales staff, vendors, shop, and watchmaker
Communicate service estimates to clients promptly and customer-friendly
Assist on the sales floor as needed, providing support in a customer-facing role
Review repairs for compliance with incoming service procedures and pricing
Complete luxury brand training requirements and adhere to brand service protocols
